If you contact us or submit feedback we collect your name, email address and message. If you use the AI draft tools we process the facts you enter to generate the draft. We log a coarse hash of your IP address for abuse prevention; we do not log raw IP addresses.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to improve the site, to detect abuse of the AI tools, and to comply with legal obligations.

Retention and your rights

Feedback messages are kept for up to 24 months. Generated drafts are not associated with your identity. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to us via the contact page.
